An 'infinite canvas' application built with the HTML5 Canvas API. It uses spatial indexing (Quadtrees) to understand the relationships between notes on the board, providing crucial contextual data to the generative AI for more relevant and insightful suggestions.
The Challenge
Brainstorming is messy and non-linear. The challenge was integrating AI without it being intrusive. I didn't want the AI to take over; I wanted it to act as a creative partner that could nudge, suggest, and organize the user's own chaotic thoughts based on the spatial relationship between ideas.
The Solution
I utilized a high-performance HTML5 Canvas rendering engine to create an 'infinite' workspace. The system uses spatial indexing (Quadtrees) to understand the relationships between different notes on the board. When a user prompts the AI, it is fed not just the text but also the contextual information about which ideas are clustered together, allowing it to generate more relevant and connected suggestions.
